Current legislation Health & Safety (Display Screen Equipment) regulations 1992 as amended
in 2002 states that employers must ensure homeworkers comply with the same regulations as
office workers and recommends the use of the correct furniture and equipment. The
Regulations require employers to minimise the risks in VDU work by ensuring workplaces and
jobs are well designed. This includes home workers habitually using a VDU for a significant part
of your normal work. |

either pay using an existing PayPal account or make a one-off payment using a credit or debit

To place an order with us and pay by cheque or bank transfer simply fill out our on-line order
form and arrange payment as indicated on the order acknowledgement that will be emailed to
you.

Your goods will be dispatched once payment is received.
In certain circumstances we will supply home working products stands against an official
purchase order in which case payment will be required within 30 days of delivery. In the first
instance please contact us to request this method of purchasing from us. Once your account is

How do orders get delivered? [show] [hide] |

Delivery times depend on quantities and the current product stock position. Orders are usually
dispatched within 3-5 working days of us receiving your payment. Accelerated delivery can
often be arranged, but an additional charge will be made for this service. Our UK delivery and
handling charges are included in the prices displayed. |

Your order will be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail First Class or by courier service,
which will require a signature upon delivery. If your order includes different products, then these
may arrive as separate deliveries depending on where our stock is held. |

If your choice of homeworking accessory is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of the
anticipated date of dispatch. You have the option to switch to a similar product or cancel if you
consider lead times unacceptable. |

Can we return an item? [show] [hide] |

If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their intended purpose or because they were
found to be either damaged or defective upon delivery, please inform Customer Services on
01784 477780 or e-mail info@visual-q.co.uk of your intention to return them to us within 7
working days of delivery and we will authorise with a Goods Return Number.:

Returns under warranty should likewise be advised by e-mail before posting. Please parcel the
goods securely and enclose a Telework Essentials Returns Note and the original packaging so
that we can deal with your replacement promptly. The cost of returning the goods will in the first
instance be borne by the purchaser. In cases of confirmed warranty claims this return postage
may be refunded. |

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within seven working days
after date of delivery and return to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. A
full refund for the items will be made (less original post & packaging @ £3.00 or £10.00 for Ergo-desk or Hi-comfort chair) The cost of
returning these items in good condition must be paid for by the purchaser |

All products are checked prior to dispatch to ensure that it is defect free and we guarantee that
our products will not fail due to a manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months provided the
product has been used with care and for its intended purpose.
Our entire liability in respect of a product that has passed into the ownership of a customer shall
be limited to a credit note in respect of the amount paid by the customer to Visual-q Ltd for the
goods; or the replacement or repair of the goods by Visual-q Ltd.
This warranty statement does not affect your statutory rights and our returns policy conforms to
our legal responsibilities under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. |

Goods are sold subject to availability and at present purchases can only be accepted for
delivery within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. |
