Damaged goods and returns

  If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their intended purpose or because they were found to be either damaged or defective upon delivery, please inform Customer Services on 01784 477780 or e-mail info@visual-q.co.uk of your intention to return them to us within 7 working days of delivery and we will authorise with a Goods Return Number. Returns under warranty should likewise be advised by e-mail before posting. Please parcel the goods securely and enclose a Telework Essentials Returns Note and the original packaging so that we can deal with your replacement promptly. The cost of returning the goods will in the first instance be borne by the purchaser. In cases of confirmed warranty claims this return postage may be refunded.  
     
  Cooling off Period:  
     
  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within seven working days after date of delivery and return to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. A full refund for the items will be made. The cost of returning these items must be paid for by the purchaser.

We will do our best to rectify the problem quickly and professionally.
